By accessing Plassis (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms may be updated at any time; the most recent version will always be available on this page.
2. Description of Service
Plassis is an online platform that allows event organizers to create seating charts, manage guest lists and generate QR codes. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to: transmit illegal, harassing or abusive content; attempt to compromise the security of the Service; resell or distribute the Service without prior written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks and designs associated with Plassis are the exclusive property of Plassis or its licensors. No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written authorization.
6. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (guest lists, event information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For any billing issues, please contact us directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plassis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
